Had a few weeks of character design, and I had to design the grim reaper. This is what I came up with, plus some test animations and in the end a few sketches from here and there.

lots of things i wish to change and make better, plus the construction is really not that great.

Had a week to do a non dialogue scene which I chose Roger from 101 dalmatians.
the assignment was that he was sitting in a bar/restaurant waiting for a blind date. I chose nervous as the mood.

Storyboard with Tod Polson

So, this week we have storyboarding with Tod Polson, and he is allso my director for next weeks Filmjam at school.

Did this during class for Seven Samurai. Not the main assignment we are doing, but I felt it was worth sharing. These are not in the correct order though, but mostly capturing the composition, and feel of it. All in one minute per drawing, haha.

might do more of this from different movies. had fun.

Layout week with Uri.

had color, values and lots of stuff these last weeks, but felt like sharing this. other stuff might pop in ocationally.
Did some cool batman scenes, and bonny and clyde. Have to say, the batman scene was much more fun.

First is the final, with camera movement, though those lines should be in red. the scanner did some weird stuff today.

Rough blocking of values. did a big leap from that to the finished.

Hello and welcome to my first post in this blog.
Here are some progress and the final result of this week.

We had to amazing teachers this week ( Chris Turnham and Kevin Dart ) and got loads of help during the progress. The theme was Circus Freak show, sidekicks. We had to come up with an idea for a character and enviroment design all in one week, so needless to say, there was enough to do.
